Adaion Energy Cloud

ADAION is a cloud based platform with high analytics capabilities which provides tools for the design, planning, operation and maintenance of distribution grids thanks to the use of big data integration, digital twin, AI techniques and advanced algorithms.

ADAION is conceived as the GRID OPERATING SYSTEM, covering multiple areas in the process of digitalization of the DSO.

• Digitalization of the measure. Unified data ingestion and universal access to any kind of source of information solving the digital Tower of Babel of the digitalization. Data is processed and enriched, and it is available by different means, depending on the need: real-time queue for real-time applications; datalake for massive storage; data warehouse for massive analytics.

• Digitalization of the infrastructure by means of digital twin, a digital representation of real-world assets which is able to replicate the behaviour of the distribution grid.

• Visualization and analytics, shedding light on the real-state of the MV and LV grid and develop analytics that avoids the operator manipulating lists of data using excel. Our objective is to provide useful and directs insights in order to perform more accurate and quick decisions.

• Automation of processes, saving time to the user by applications that solves specific use cases: detection of losses, solar feed-in detection, big data management, new connection requirements, flexibility, etc.

• Tools, which can be used for building your own use case of performing specific calculations (power flow, congestion forecasting, consumption forecasting…)

ADAION platform has been conceived as fully modular, thanks to its micro-serve architecture.

It is highly interoperable thanks to the use of APIs - you can either use our applications, or just access the data by the different methods and even make use of our tools to develop your own application or even integrate tools from third parties over it.
