It involves identifying key functional scenarios, building a business case, and creating a strategic implementation roadmap tailored to the customer for AI transformation using Microsoft Copilot.
The engagement involves three phases:
Inspire: Showcase the Microsoft Copilot vision and value by driving “Art of the Possible” style conversations and demos. Discuss AI innovation and the value of Microsoft Copilot, touching on the importance of data security and adoption and change management.
Assess: Assess customer’s needs and AI readiness by driving technical readiness assessments. Facilitate executive-level interviews, data analysis, and workshopping to identify high-value functional scenarios across priority departments.
Design: Develop the business case and plan for implementation based on prioritised scenarios. Define next steps and timeline to develop and implement the solution.
The engagement shall be designed to be bespoke to you, and will be guided by the shape and nature of your business and elements that are important to you both now and in the future. The engagement is lead by FSP’s highly skilled and knowledgeable Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 Consultants. These consultants work alongside a team of Prosci certified digital change and adoption specialists to develop the outcomes listed below, tailored to the needs of your organisation.
