The fixed price based on the scope of the solution is €32,000. Since the price defined in the solution is in the USD currency, an estimated price has been proposed due to the fluctuation in currency exchange rates.

In addition, we can enhance and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Service through Customer Voice to know the opinion and satisfaction of your customers and Customer Insights to obtain a holistic view of customers and have at a glance a complete vision of it with even enriched data from other systems.
