30-Day Trial service will include

• Dedicated Project Manager to assist with activation of the Trial
• PSTN Calling Access including unlimited local and long distance for up to 20 users
• Direct Inward Dial (DID) number assigned to each trial user
• 5 additional DID numbers to be used for call routing (Auto-Attendants, Call Queues)
• Stationary 911 service
• TN and Voice Routing Management available in Teams Admin Center
• Teams Calling Getting Started Guide for End Users

Customers satisfied with their free trial may migrate over to full paid CBTS service for their Organization. A CBTS Sales Consultant will assist the Customer with understanding the journey to migrate their business voice platform to Microsoft Teams Voice. This Sales Consultant can also provide Customers with a pricing quote for service. Customer will not be billed for any service unless they elect to sign the pricing quote.
