Microsoft 365 HIPAA/HITECH 20 Hour Implementation

Paid 20 hour implementation of Microsoft 365 to include compliance polices and templates for healthcare. The customer must be using Microsoft 365 Business Premium or Microsoft 365 E5 licensing with advanced auditing licensing. The implementation is a $5000 engagement that includes 20 hours of discovery, deployment and documentation services to provide a HIPAA compliant tenant including all security policies to protect PHI with automated encryption, rights management, and data loss prevention. At the end of the engagement, the customer will receive a detailed configuration guide with user deployment instructions. In addition to the documentation, the customer will receive a fully compliant tenant that includes Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Endpoint Manager, and OneDrive with automated policies and governance. Additional Migration and End User Deployment services are available to the customer upon request and will be scoped separately and pricing will vary depending on amount of users, applications, and environment requirements. No additional services will be billed or paid without and separate accepted and approved statement of work (SOW).
