Reinvoice maintenance costs to another legal entity

Dynaway Maintenance Invoicing allows you to reinvoice maintenance costs. The extension is aimed at organizations where a dedicated company was formed to provide maintenance services for the entire group. 

Invoicing module is used when another legal entity inside organization performs maintenance. With the Invoicing module you can create a sales invoice for the maintenance costs for another entity in just a few steps. The sales price can be defined in the price list or as markup from posted costs of inventory or resource usage. Additionally, it is possible to define if the work order plan or even a work order line is billable work or should be only a cost.


  • Built-into and connected with standard Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality
  • Assign Asset to the correct Bill-to Customer.
  • Decide if Work Order Plan or Work Order is billable.
  • Issue the Invoice for the maintenance based on ledger entries.
