Advanced Allocations distributes transaction amounts across multiple GL Accounts & Dimensions
Advanced Allocations allows companies to use actual general ledger entries, statistical entries or quick key allocations to take transactions and distribute them against multiple GL accounts & dimensions using a templated approach.
This allows for greater accuracy and efficiency during data entry.
Advanced Allocations
•Actual posted expenses and other general ledger activity are automatically available for use by the allocation process.
•Unlimited ad-hoc or monthly allocations can be set up using actual or
statistical entries.
Allocations Based on Actual, Statistical, or Templated Data
•Attain allocation journal entries that are synchronized with current activity, based on key statistics and your preferred metrics, such as employee count, and/or based on pre-set templates.
Quick Key
• Set up multiple predefined allocation templates that are used repeatedly. They can be used in allocations to remove any potential data entry errors.
