The Microsoft Dynamics SL Intelligent Cloud is the Microsoft Cloud migration tool to assist Microsoft Dynamics SL customers who are:

 

• Ready to migrate from their on-premise solution to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central 

or

• Interested in trying out Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using their own Microsoft Dynamics SL data

• Tool connects directly to a Dynamics SL database to copy and migrate data.

• Data migration includes:

    Master records for Financials and Inventory

    Account balances by period 

    Open transactions for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Inventory

• Copies SL transactional tables to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to enable the viewing of transactional history using SmartLists. 

• Please be sure to download the associated Microsoft Dynamics SL History SmartLists from Microsoft AppSource to view this data.

• Optionally you can choose to copy the entire SL database tables to the Microsoft Azure Data Lake for full historical references.
