Microsoft Viva Connections is your gateway to a modern employee experience designed to inform, engage and empower your organisation. The Viva Connections dashboard will allow you to show live notifications, tasks, news and alerts to your staff from across a range of different tools used by your business – all from within the Viva Connections app and your modern SharePoint Intranet Portal.

We’ve designed this package specifically for organisations who already have a modern SharePoint Online intranet and wish to design and implement Viva Connections dashboard including integration with your specific line of business systems.

During this engagement there will be 3 clear focus areas:

1. Discover & Design

We’ll work with your team to understand your vision for the dashboard, including identifying key user groups. We’ll then design your targeted dashboards and integrated tiles (prebuild and custom), including which tiles are targeted to which audiences. 2. Configure & Develop

We’ll support you to configure the Viva Connections dashboard. Our team will then develop one “tile” adaptive card front-end that shows key information from the 3rd party system and develop one “input” adaptive card that can be displayed when the user click or taps on the tile card. 3. Training & Communications

Our expert adoption specialists will develop, in consultation with your team a communication for you to announce the roll out of Viva Connections dashboard. We’ll use the configuration of the dashboard as a knowledge transfer opportunity to ensure your team can manage the dashboard ongoing. Additionally, we’ll provide you with documentation to support ongoing management of the custom tiles. We’ll work with you to develop a more detailed timeline, including mapping key stakeholders who we will need to engage as part of our project. Depending on your needs, we can complete this engagement over a period of 8 weeks.
