Workshop Agenda:

Day 0: Prepare - Pre-Engagement

Day 1: Envision - Art of the Possible

  • Drive intent through envisioning the Art of the Possible

  • Identify frontline worker challenges and pillars

Day 2: Design and Plan - Define a Strategy

  • Deep dive on frontline worker challenges and map to scenarios
  • Define high-level plan
  • Work with customer to drive pilot or proof of concept
