We’ve designed Modernise your Intranet specifically for organisations to unpack the state of their current intranet and guide them to transition their intranet to SharePoint Online as the first step on the road to implementing Viva Connections.

During this engagement there will be 3 clear focus areas:

Part 1. Analyse and design

Understand your current intranet, integrations, governance and analytics. Design your modern site architecture and develop your migration strategy.

Part 2. Implement and Migration

Build and configuration of your new intranet home site and undertake a manual migration of up to 50 pages.

Part 3. Adoption and Training

Develop a change and adoption strategy with supporting plans, as well as designing the supporting communication and training collateral. We’ll provide SharePoint Online content author training to support content creation.

Depending on your needs, we can complete this engagement over a period of 4-6 weeks.

We’ll work with you to develop a more detailed timeline, including mapping key stakeholders who we will need to engage as part of our project.
