During this time, we will understand your business scenarios, and build a solution that shows what can be achieved through the Microsoft Customer Insights platform. Our POC will demonstrate how the platform can be leveraged to generate KPIs that enable you to take insight-driven business decisions.

Day 1–2:

Analysis:

Understand business requirements (workshop)
Identify the most important key performance indicators (KPIs) for your business

Day 3–6

Setup:

Set up and configure a Customer Insights profile for your organization (Sandbox Environment)
Onboard and configure initial data sources
Map, match, and enrich data points to create customer profiles

Day 6–10

KPI and Measure Implementation:

Implement KPIs and measures using the above configured data points
Implement basic Power BI view/dashboard that shows KPIs that track business performance

Deliverables:

2-3 customer data sources ingested into the Customer Insights platform
3-5 analytic measures and a basic Power BI dashboard/view

Outcome:

A solution that tracks merged data from different data sources and showcases important business information (according to customized KPIs)
