  • Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Cloud Migration Assessment​
  • Presentation on Findings and next steps​ asssumptions that is adapted to the client's current solution and infrastructure
  • Client will provide documentation of current architecture, ERD diagrams, and other design detail
  • Review potential risks, migration strategies, and timeline​
  • Develop a roadmap document to include functional and technical recommendations to address workloads prioritization and gap remediations for the migration. Details on proposed implementation to ensure best practices will be outlined.​
  • Present a summary of the assessment findings and proposed next steps
