Leveraging Microsoft Viva Insights, Lingaro equips business leaders to respond to workplace disruption, plan recovery, and reimagine their organization to support greater resilience. The Enriched proof of concept aims to analyze advanced workplace scenarios by combining Viva Insights data with other sources (CRM, HRIS, talent management or employee engagement surveys) to drive greater value. This six-week proof of concept includes:
• Prioritization Workshop to identify the highest value business opportunities and dive deep into root cause analysis • Creation of an opportunity map with high-level sizing of opportunities • Use Case Activation covering key data requirements, analysis of current versus data needs to identify gaps, design of insights to surface opportunities and an implementation plan • Building a data-driven action plan, testable through customized Power BI dashboards
High Level Workplan
• Start: Setup and preparation activities. Customer Viva Insights environment is up and running • Week 1-2: Perform data gap analysis (‘exists’ versus ‘needs’) and provide recommendations/action plan to fill the gap • Week 3: Define insights which need to be presented. Build mockup visualizations to present key insights • Week 4: Finalize and approve implementation plan for use case activation • Week 5-6: For selected use cases, implements dashboard and insights
Implementation outcomes
Deliverables include a use case activation plan covering use case sizing of opportunity, data requirements and insights design, as well as dashboards for ongoing review and progress tracking
