During this implementation, we will build a Microsoft Flow that will notify your customers when a case has been created and when significant milestones have been achieved (I.e. - case completion).
Increase client satisfaction and reduce calls to your service center by implementing an automated case status notification system using Microsoft Flow, Twilio, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
When cases are created, an SMS message is delivered to the mobile number of the customer with their case number and current case status. When significant milestones are met by your service team, SMS messages will automatically be delivered.
