Flexopus for Outlook

The Microsoft Outlook add-in for Flexopus can be easily installed.
• Authentication with a Microsoft account:
You can authenticate with Microsoft Azure AD (via SAML2), Microsoft O365 (via OAuth2.0), or with an email and password combination from Flexopus.
• Meeting room search
The add-in lists all linked meeting rooms from Microsoft and Flexopus. The meeting rooms can be filtered by the following criteria:
- Name
- Building
- Capacity
- Equipments
• Selection of meeting rooms
You can select meeting rooms directly in the add-in. The add-in ensures that the email address is automatically added to the participant list. You do not need to remember the email address.
Alternatively, you can enter the email address directly into Outlook, in this case Flexopus recognizes the linked email address and automatically selects the meeting room in the add-in.
• Detailed view of meeting rooms (including the map view)
With the add-in you can view all metadata of the meeting room stored at Flexopus in Outlook. The following data can be viewed:
- Name
- Email address
- Description of the room
- Maximum capacity
- Address
- Assigned building
- Equipments
- Location plan/map view

• This add-in works with Microsoft Exchange Online Sync
• Integrations (Microsoft Active Directory SSO, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft O365)
With single sign-on via Google or Microsoft, users do not have to create new user accounts. Instead, the data is transferred directly to Flexopus from Google or Microsoft during the first login. Currently Flexopus offers the following SSO integrations:
- Google Workspace (OAuth2.0)
- Microsoft Cloud (OAuth2.0)
- Microsoft AD FS (SAML2)
- Microsoft Active Directory (SAML2)
- Other providers with SAML2

- This app can access and modify personal information in the active message, such as the body, subject, sender, recipients, and attachment information. It may send this data to a third-party service. Other items in your mailbox can’t be read or modified.
