The 4 weeks engagement includes the following stages -

Analyze and design

We will review your current modern SharePoint site and navigation Workshop with you to define the VIVA dashboard

Build, configure & pilot VIVA Connections

Setup the Corporate Documents Configure necessary metadata and the dashboard Pilot with a group of users

Go-live - Training and communication

We will train your admin and the owners of the corporate documents Curate a communication to announce the VIVA Connection roll out to the rest of your organization.

We will work with you to develop a more detailed timeline as part of the project.
