BUSINESS ASSESSMENT & SCOPING (1 DAY) One of our skilled Data Insights consultants will work with you to get an understanding of your business requirements and assess the current state of your reporting infrastructure.

DATA ANALYSIS & PREPARATION (3 DAYS) During this phase we will work with your team to analyse and prepare the data for Power BI.

DASHBOARD DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION (3 DAYS) We will design the reporting data model and discuss and build data visualisations to meet your reporting needs.

REVIEW & FINE TUNE (2 DAYS) We will have an initial review with you and address any gaps as we begin to finalise the dashboard.

HANDOVER & POWER BI ROADMAP (1 DAY) We will walk through the final dashboard with you and discuss the transformation of Data Insights in your business from hindsight to insight to foresight.
