Zero Trust: 3-Day Assessment

Through a tool led assessment we help customers identify high priority security areas within their Microsoft 365 or Azure estate. Quorum leverages a multi-tool approach whereby tools such as Cyber Security Assessment Tool (CSAT) from QS solutions, Unify Cloud, Block64, and Microsoft Threat Check may be used to gain a deeper understanding of the customer environment. The output can be used to inform strategic investment in Microsoft Security components, inform a broader cyber security vision or simply to highlight key burning areas.

A Cyber Security strategy review incorporating the Microsoft Zero Trust Maturity Framework as the underpinning foundation for the Security Platform Assessment. The output includes a fact-based assessment, a roadmap and total cost of ownership calculation* to inform the Cyber Security journey as it continues to address and manage risks.

Quorum in conjunction with the customer, and Microsoft teams will review existing Microsoft 365 services and components. The review will include core assessment elements but may include unique elements to address specific requirements. This typically includes the following: • Zero Trust Maturity Questionnaire via Partner led workshop Once the assessment is complete a recommendation, roadmap and a high-level approach will be delivered to customer. This roadmap may include items such as: • Zero Trust Maturity results • Current state Microsoft 365 Tenant or Azure findings, risks, recommendations • Single pane of glass (XDR view) • Vendor consolidation* • Cost optimisation*
