Fixed Asset Counting Power App transforms the way your employees conduct inventory checks. This app is designed to streamline the process of counting fixed assets, allowing for instant updates directly from their mobile devices. This not only saves time but also significantly reduces the effort involved in traditional inventory methods.
User can access the list of all the locations in the company. After selecting one of them, the app will display the corresponding fixed assets that should be present in the location. User can specify if the asset is in this location or if it's missing.
Ensure no fixed asset goes unrecorded
Should a user encounter an asset at the location that is not listed, they can effortlessly add it by choosing it from the comprehensive list of fixed assets within the app. After finishing counting, the changes will be sent to the Business Central company. User is able to change the Business Central company from within the app.

Installation note
When installing, connect your Power Apps environment to your Business Central company, set up the Business Central Virtual Tables, and assign appropriate permissions to employees, that will use the app. You can find step by step guide, on how to set it up right here.
