Easy to learn and implement, very basic but effective

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to set up and learn, everything is quite straightforward. Inisight into opens and clicks is also extremely valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not integrate with Pipedrive so contacts have to be uploaded manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to conduct mass outreach while personalizing the messaging. Also gives visibility into who has opened and clicked on my email, and does a great job of allowing prospects to schedule a meeting with just one click.

What do you like best about the product?
There are only a few things I like about yesware and those are scheduling and reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
No support. Product is fauly and not working. I am paying for features that are not working and waiting for a response from them (with noresponse). The main feature that I am using is simply not working (it used to be working). If there was a support maybe they could solve this. Unfortunately, no one is responding to the support tickets. You are better off with MixMax.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment not solving anything as the tool is simply not working (campaigns feature).I was using it for scheduling mass email campaigns to potential affiliates with follow ups.

Cannot get rid of it.

Tried the free version. Did not like it and tried to uninstalled. Cannot get rid of it and it keeps accessing my email. 2 level of support to no avail. Avoid at all cost!!! Update; 4 months later they decided they has enough of me and stop responding. I just want to get rid of it and not having my email read by outside sources. Just stay away like the pest

Can't get anyone to respond to me

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly used this for email tracking (opens/clicks) Super simple to install and use. Intelligence in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been trying for over a week to upgrade my subscription to paid and I cannot get anyone to respond to me. It says that upgrades have to be through an Account Manager but there is no way to contact them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives us valuable insight on the quality of our leads and the intent of our clients

NO WAY TO REMOVE!

This app is buggy and it's impossible to remove from the Outlook app OR the web browser.

You do indeed get what you pay for

What do you like best about the product?
The price but revisit the title of this review to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where to start: - UI/UX is ridiculously not well designed and outdated - Code is rife with errors and conflict - Can't trust the data that's for sure - Customer service is lacking the customer service part of their job
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Early stage startup , not my first, and I've had a couple of exits. I had familiarity with their product and was leveraging it for email campaign activities and metrics thereafter.

The service very frequently works

What do you like best about the product?
I think the idea of the functionality of Yesware. When it works and syncs with Outlook, it's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It often times disconnects from Outlook. It doesn't show me within the email itself if someone has opened it. I have to search for the specific email through ALL of my emails and "opens"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to see how to best reach out to customers. Provides me the right strategy for my outreach

A great sales tool to have in your kit

What do you like best about the product?
- email tracking (to see if a prospect has opened your email ) for your daily outbound emails - reporting - canned replies / templates that are really handy when sending out sales candenses - decent reporting to get the big picture of what's working. - integrations to Gmail & our CRM - really easy to use - really simple to implement (even for non techies)
What do you dislike about the product?
Yesware's "Spam Risk Detection" should predict how likely your emails / cadence would be flagged as spam but it's a bit clunky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to shorten the sales cycle of the SDR team and see which one of our emails is being read and call a prospect 10 min after they have opened the email to give them the element of surprise.

Service a disgrace

Have had multiple problems with the app. Trying to get service is impossible. Ive cancelled
