Simple project platform for a relatively smaller team
What do you like best about the product?I like the simplicity especially when getting started. I also like how they provide detailed articles to use the platform or solve problems. What do you dislike about the product? The sales team seems friendly before you subscribe but does not sound friendly after that. The platform is too simple for complex tasks with many team members handling different tasks for clients. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Wrike provided a common dashboard for everybody to login, pick tasks, share updates, and submit complete documents. We no longer have to use emails for all these.

Wrike is an amazing project management juggernaut for content creators
What do you like best about the product? We've been using Wrike for over six years, and it has truly become the heart of our content review and approval process. What started as a quick project management solution eventually evolved into an essential workflow backbone across our company.
One of Wrike’s standout strengths is how effortlessly it allows us to route all types of content—whether it’s images, videos, live URLs, or Office files like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word—for feedback and approval. The automation features allows us as a business to streamline repetitive tasks, ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and move work between users and teams with minimum friction.
For businesses that are vertically integrated, Wrike shines bright. The dashboards, reports, and analytics boards give us the visibility we need to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and make smarter decisions faster. It’s not just about managing projects—it’s about managing the entire lifecycle of a product launch with clarity and control. What do you dislike about the product?Wrike is brilliant in a plethora of ways, but some areas that could call for improvement is the software app itself. Its often laggy and crashes under load (or when many tabs are open at once which is my life 24/7). Having the ability to use Wrike through a browser has been a work around. Another area for improvement is the amount of time it takes for analytic boards to populate and refresh. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Before Wrike, content reviews and approvals were scattered across emails and face-to-face communications which led to more time spent chasing the approval of each deliverable. This method made version control and accountability a nightmare. Wrike made this process much easier centralizing the content and allowing automation to do its things and route each task accordingly to the correct workflow that was set up. As we spent less time chasing the granular deliverables, we were able to ultimately grow as a company offering much a larger team and workload.

Wrike makes project management easy
What do you like best about the product?Wrike is a user-friendly tool, for the end-users it is easy-to-use with a simple user interface, users need relatively little time to start using the tool. The tool is also easy to set up.What do you dislike about the product?Although Wrike is easy to set up, the customization features are limited. Also, the integration with our DAM System Bynder works great, but it has been a challenge setting up an integration with our ticketing system (ServiceDesk Now)What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?- Having a single source-of-truth for all Marketing projects across all different regions and across all different types of projects.
- Having a unified entry point and a standard template for all marketing projects outlining the basic requirements and making sure projects are complete before they are finally submitted.
- Having a single source-of-truth for Marketing material requests so that it is easy to follow-up any requests from the business.
- Having a historic database to find back any projects in the past.
- Having a single source-of-truth of who is doing what, resource planning, etc...
We’re big fans of Wrike-it keeps our teams aligned, our tasks on track, and our goals within reach.
What do you like best about the product?I could write an essay here about what I like best about Wrike.
1. Centralized project visibility and structure - its the single source of truth for our campaigns and campaign status.
2. Request Forms - probably my favorite feature. Not only are we able to customize for the various types of requests we get, but we can ensure we get all the necessary information before the team begins to work on the request. What do you dislike about the product?1. We would love to be able to export calendar data easily into PowerPoint slides to use when presenting. We can take screen shots, but its not as nice as what an export would look like.
2. We would love to more easily integrate PowerBI with Wrilke data.
3. Would love a bit more logic building with the request forms - especially adding in the task to redirect to a new page as an action from a follow-up question.
4. Please do not take away the LIST view. It's my favorite and I hate that its going away. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?1. Overcoming Fragmented Project Visibility
2. Reducing Manual Work Through Automation
3. Improving Collaboration Across Roles and Locations
4. Clarifying Roles and Reducing Overlap
