Cloudlas Help Desk Portal is a SharePoint hosted add-in exclusively developed for SharePoint/Office 365 customers where you can create/track your support tickets.

From the top bar 'New ticket' user can create a support/issue ticket and assign it to a user who is responsible to handle it. Users can set status and priority for the tickets and the associated people get notified at every changes happen to the ticket. Brief documentation is included in the add-in along with the free email support through our website.
