What do you like best about the product?I have been using Levitate and my customers love the birthday emails.What do you dislike about the product?I wish there were more marketing funnels for prospects.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?I am able to send birthday and holiday emails to stay in front of my clients.

What do you like best about the product?The customer support has been amazing. Any time I have suggested a feature, or an issue, they have responded appropriatelyWhat do you dislike about the product?I have a great introductory offer, but feel that the cost may be too much after this discount ends. I will have to weigh my options at that point.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Allows me to seamlessly contact my customer with automation and easy email templates freeing up time for other purposes.

What do you like best about the product?I appreciate not having to control my firm's social media.What do you dislike about the product?Sometime the social media post are not legally accurate or are misleading.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?It helps me by controlling my social media and client outreach.
Easy to set up and keeping me in touch with clients when I don't have the time to do it myself.
What do you like best about the product?That it is set up in advance, but you can still send out unplanned emails and posts.What do you dislike about the product?I wish I could send out drip campaigns to my leads in MyCase to help convert more.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?I could not find time to put together email updates or social media posts. It is also hard to follow up with clients for google reviews.

What do you like best about the product?It is very user friendly. Has alot of feachers. Espcially the email. I have had a lot of reponse. Customer support has been great.What do you dislike about the product?I would like a text feature added. Mass texts would be great in the event of a major storm event.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?It helps make contact with the customer at every renewal. As an agent, you can't always touch base with everyone and with this you can.
Levitate - Great for our client base
What do you like best about the product?It is easy to get started and use. Emails are delivered, and we can view how often employees are keeping in touch with clients. This product makes automation more personal. It was easy to implement, taking only a few hours to get up and running. Content is a bonus; sometimes we need fresh ideas.What do you dislike about the product?Limited in its ability to track leads effectively. Wish it had a more robust texting feature.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Email marketing platform and the ability to personalize automation for our team.
