I enjoy the user experience within Signature 365 because it is very easy to make changes/updates within the platform. Whenever a colleague needs to make an edit to their populated email signature, I can assist them quickly and have it update immediately. Also, the directions for making changes are easily understandable and I feel confident making mass updates for my team without making mistakes. Lastly, this software has been easily integrated into our team so that everyone who has access knows the protocol for making edits.

I don't like how some of the user journey is a little bit wonky. Navigating from the home page to the exact signature I want to edit can be tricky and considering I use this program once a month, I can often forget the process.

Signature 365 helps me solve the issue of many of our team members needing a few different email signatures. This app helps us effectively give each team member the email signature they need for any email.

It's versatile nature and ease of use makes it a very useful tool

It cannot create signatures for Microsoft 365/Teams Group's emails, it can only do it for shared mailboxes.

Initial setup took time to sync all data cleanly from Azure AD.

Signature 365 solves the challenge of inconsistent or outdated email signatures and disconnected org charts. It ensures our entire team has uniform, professional signatures and provides a live, accurate directory—saving time, improving brand consistency, and streamlining communication.

What stands out the most about Signature 365 is its reliability and excellent support. We previously used a competing solution that constantly bugged out and offered little to no help when issues arose. Since switching to Symprex, we’ve had a completely different experience. The onboarding process was seamless, support was available every step of the way, and upgrading from trial to paid took less than five minutes. The product itself is rock-solid and highly customizable. Just recently, I had a unique request for adding a conditional out-of-office date selection for employees. I reached out to support and received a direct response with code and clear steps to implement it—no confusion, no back and forth. It just worked. Even though we're based in a PST timezone and Symprex operates out of the UK, I always receive prompt responses by the next business day. Their level of support and attention to detail is truly top-tier.

Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say. Coming from a frustrating experience with a previous provider, Symprex has exceeded expectations in every way. The product works as intended, and support is responsive and knowledgeable.

If there’s one minor area for improvement, it would be the slight learning curve when setting up advanced features, but once configured, everything works seamlessly.

Centralized signature management. Easy to edit signatures. Straightforward deployment process using rules and O365 security groups.

Minor inconvenience is the delay in sync time in our hybrid setup. 1. AD to Entra sync 2. Entra to Sig 365 sync Can be over an hour and not suitable for quick changes. Occasionally, the Sig365 Outlook add-in may fail to load and insert signature (sometimes bugs are related to Office releases, but still takes admin time from us to manage).

Inserting signatures for our end users. Ability to update signatures quickly (for adding disclaimers etc). Ability for users to have multiple signatures and be able to pick when inserting.

As a company of over 500 people, we have been using Symprex for more than 6 years. We have found it to be forthright and easy to use in the past, however this new iteration of Symprex 365 with its outlook integration and cloud based (as opposed to server based like the previous version) Dash and configuration makes this, by far, the best version yet. Implementation was relatively smooth and has allowed quick and easy logging in for any signature work required. We have multiple signatures for different departments and separate signatures for executives or individuals which are al easily modified from the Symprex Dash. Symprex365 is a powerful tool for organisations looking to enhance their Microsoft 365 management capabilities. We have no intention of moving away from Symprex as it delivers what we want, need and with simplicity and ease.

The dash based signature editor can sometimes space oddly while editing sigs which includes images. However this is nothing that cannot be overcome with a little tweaking.

As a company our signatures are generally standardised across the board. Symprex lets us roll out identical signatures to all employes while also seperating out Executives for their alternate signature. Changes are made centrally which allows for signature changes to be made on the fly and pushed out with ease.

This platform has changed the performance of my company. I had several problems regarding email signatures on both computers and mobile phones. For several years I had not found a platform that worked effectively until your service came along. Thank you for being so helpful.

Have other languages ​​like Portuguese from Portugal

The admin interface is clean and intuitive. Even if you’re not a developer, you can drag and drop placeholders (name, title, social links, disclaimers) into a template and see a live preview. It doesn’t take long to get comfortable with the layout tools, and there’s no need to wrestle with HTML code unless you really want to. Very helpful with our Marketing team to work with

This isn’t the cheapest option on the market. Small businesses will want to weigh the subscription fee against the time saved in support calls and manual updates.

Because it hooks directly into Azure Active Directory, user profiles auto-populate signature fields. There’s no manual data entry, and it works equally well on both desktop Outlook and Outlook Web App. Saves me a lot of time.
