The interface is confusing and not intuitively useable. Too many stuff, links and different layouts and colors of buttons and elements. Looks like developers just threw the functions somewhere into the UI in the order of their implementation. Unfortunately, this seems to be a kind of "modern style". Today, more and more tools have such human hostile UIs... When you click on "today", you see a complete week. When you want to see the weeks view, you have to click on "day". When someone books a seat for you, you get an Email to accept/decline with a link to Seatty. When you open the link, you are not redirected to the day where this reservation is placed, instead you find yourself at the current day and there is no button to accept/decline.

UI is good and modern but there is no search feature to open particular workstation, scrolling through a long list of workstation is not user friendly at all. Please implement something like a movie ticket booker.

Seatti as a desk and parking space booking tool is super easy and intiutive to use. The UI displays only the content that you need. Chic and modern design!

Finde viele Kollegen nicht.... (Bug?) Wenn ich nur Kolegen suche (wo sitzen sie) kommt beim Wechseln aus Seattii immer die Abfrage ob man Abbrechen will- ja,... Ich wollte ja nichts Buchen - nur schauen.? Kein Usecase? Und auch beim Anklicken wo die Kollegen aus meinem Favoriten-Bereich sitzen: Ich klicke "anzeigen" dann wechselt es zur allgemeinen Übersicht. Und ich muss Standort, Gebäude, Stockwerk auswählen.... Das wird ja immer schlimmer. Früher hat es schon nicht den Platz direkt angezeigt und hervorgehoben, da hatte es aber wenigstens das Gebäude und das Stockwerk ausgewählt. Und da war es schon user-unfreudlich für das Finden, denn man hat dann 200 Plätze auf einer Karte und sieht dennoch nicht wo der Kollege sitzt auf der rießen Map....)

I removed a colleague from my favorites and they still show us as my favorite in some places. It's inconsistent and weird. (They show up on the booking page, but when I check in Meet Up, they are definitely no longer starred).

but it would be nice if I could change the date without starting the process of chosing for whom to book etc all over. Sometimes I want to see when a coworker is in the office. Thus it would be nice if I was able to just go through the days. After booking a seat at a different location than my default office, Seatti doesn't open up with the default location anymore and I have to switch back every time I want to book a seat.

Using Seatti helps me a lot making the recurring decision of "do I go to the office or not". It provides a lot of features helping me make that decision. Since we are using Seatti the number of days where I felt it was completely useless to go to the office because none of my colleagues are there reduced to a minimum since we use the booking in Seatti to easily coordinate beforehand. We also plan our team days 1-2 weeks before in Seatti. It is still really comfortable to use and has a very nice and modern UI which is fun to play around with. Can recommend! I would even wish for more functionalities where I can coordinate office days with colleagues like having a nice weekly overview over my favorite colleagues or coordinating events or lunches for office days. Looking forward to what comes next!

Generell ein gutes Produkt, was Seatti da entwickelt hat. Und man muss mal festhalten, dass die negativen Bewertungen hier eindeutig vielfach ungeschulte User sind, die sich über Funktionen/Vorgaben beschweren, die Ihre Organisation so eingestellt und vorgegeben hat - ich bin selbst Admin. Allerdings hat die App auch immer wieder mal kleine & größere Bugs, die m.E. nicht schnell genug vom Team gelöst werden. Anstatt sich auf neue Funktionen zu stürzen, sollte man die Stabilität des Systems erstmal verbessern. Außerdem sollte die Auswertungsfunktion mit ein paar mehr Filtern versehen werden (z.B. bestimmte Tische/Bereiche ausschließen, die irrelevant sind und somit das gesamte Ergebnis verfälschen).

Easy to use and very helpful! However - what is the difference between releasing a desk and checking out? Why can't a checkout be reversed? Needs more clarity
