This SPApp helps you to send documents from Document Library as email attachment using MS Outlook
Send as Email is a SharePoint hosted application created so you could easily send documents from your SharePoint libraries in email. Familiar steps of downloading your documents before you can send them is now automated by this app.
Send as Email provides easy to access ribbon custom action which prepares selected files for sending. It automatically opens your Outlook - New Mail window in which the previously selected files will be attached. You can then easily choose the recipient(s) from your contacts and write a message if you want.
Requirements:
- Internet Explorer only (uses ActiveX)
- Installed Microsoft Outlook on client
