Add-in for archiving emails from Outlook 365 online or on-prem to your PROXESS system
With PROXESS for Office 365 you can archive E-Mails to your PROXESS system. It is your choice: You can choose which attachments to archive from the email.
The archive mask is based on the classic PROXESS archive mask, so it is easy to use for current PROXESS user. Here you can also change the data base for archiving.
You can easily distinguish mails in your Outlook which are archived in PROXESS from not archived mails with the category flag "PROXESS". This flag will automatically appear on the mail after successful archiving.
The add-in is available for the web application and the desktop application from Outlook.

- This app can read or modify the contents of any item in your mailbox, and create new items. It can access personal information -- such as the body, subject, sender, recipients, or attachments -- in any message or calendar item. It may send this data to a third-party service.
