We’ve designed Microsoft Viva Connections Quick start specifically for organisations who already have a modern SharePoint Online intranet to plan for and implement Viva Connections.

This quick start get organisations up and running with Viva Connections in a matter of a few short weeks.

During this engagement, we will:

    1. Analyse your current state:
      A review or your current modern SharePoint Online and your global navigation. We’ll work with you to uncover use cases for the dashboard.
    2. Configure and implement Viva Connections:
      We’ll configure and implement the Viva Connections application in your Microsoft 365 tenant.
    3. Training and communications:
      We’ll draft with you a communication for you to announce the roll out of Viva Connections and provide you with a Viva Connections quick reference guide.

Depending on your needs, we can complete this engagement over a period of 2-3 weeks. We’ll work with you to develop a more detailed timeline, including mapping key stakeholders who we will need to engage as part of our project.
