a really useful tool that makes collaboration effortless

What do you like best about the product?
simple usability, and the speed at which you can drop things in, neatly arrange boards and add annotations for quick feedback really love some of the AI tools that we were shown recently too which further speed up layouts for things like polls
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of integration for video continues to be a pain - would be super useful if those could be dropped in like images can as we have to often convert to GIF which slows things down a lot file links would be useful too e.g. if I want to share a 3D model file for someone to grab off the board (preview ability for 3D would be amazing too!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps with fast collaboration across a range of projects - we have used it for retail, branding, environments, for animations

It seems much more intuitive than other whiteboards I have tried. It never takes people long to work out the basics so they are able to participate in an online workshop. The templates are very good too.

Sometimes the login security is complex and hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration between people who are working in different locations.

My go to tool for ideation and collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
The canvas approach is nothing unique to Miro, but they, at least in my opinion, deliver on it better than other tools I've tried. The extensive templates, ease of use, and rapid development of value add with new features make it a winning combination for me. I use it daily with my teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can sometimes find it tricky to locate a board due to the proliferation of them. This is a common issue with any knowledge base tool, and the ease of spinning up a board and getting it up and running can make it easier to start a fresh one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collabration and strategic planning.

Excellent tool for collaborative work

What do you like best about the product?
Miro excels in facilitating real-time collaboration. Its intuitive interface and extensive range of templates make it easy to brainstorm, plan, and execute projects with team members, regardless of their location.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Miro is that it can be resource-intensive, sometimes causing slower performance on less powerful devices. Additionally, while the range of features is impressive, it can be overwhelming for new users to navigate and fully utilize all the available tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Be a place where I can just dump all my research

Impressive collaboration tool

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and intuitive. It is very easy to understand and learn. Collaboration online is exceptional. Seeing people together on the same white board is very nice. Automatic arrows and note creation is very good. Also selection of elements and changing them are much better than powerpoint or excel shapes. I almost use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of zoom in and zoom out is a little confusing. When I create a board from template, sometimes the font sizes are not easily adjustable. Another thing, I would love to create a post-it note with a custom size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online collobaration (very pleased) Diagramming is very easy, I am using instead of PowerPoint. I found very useful templates ready. Picturing what I have on my mind easily. It is cumbersome with Paint, Excel or PowerPoint

Miro is my fave online digital whiteboard (but it's so much more than that!)

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and how there is no limit to how big you can make it. I use it every day as a product manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ai sorting function could be more accurate. I wish there was a guide function so you could guide users through your board in case it's gotten a little cray cray.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can put all of my ideas on a page and then collaborate on them with everyone being able to access.

Shareability, ease of use for non-techie colleagues who view new platforms as if they were witnessing witchcraft.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to spend more time with it to form an informed decision about areas I dislike. More to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transfer Pricing process mapping for systems, processes and local country adjustments

Miro is a great tool

What do you like best about the product?
As a QA professional, I've used Miro extensively for test planning, collaboration, and mapping out QA workflows. Overall, it’s a powerful and visually intuitive platform that supports real-time collaboration, which has significantly enhanced our team's efficiency during sprint planning and retrospectives
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks robust version control or change tracking, which can be a drawback when reviewing historical QA decisions or changes in test plans. Furthermore, it's very confusing setting granular access controls for boards c especially when dealing with external stakeholders or cross-functional teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a QA, I find Miro very effective tool for my team to improve visibility and collaboration across multiple groups and teams.
