With Signature365 from Innovative365, users in a Microsoft 365 organization get automatic, personalized email signatures, legal disclaimers and marketing content (such as banners) in their emails. IT or marketing teams can centrally manage and update these signatures for the entire organization.

The plug-in is deployed organization-wide by an organization's administrator. It automatically adds a signature when a user begins composing an e-mail in Outlook (web and desktop). The user can choose the desired signature layout.

When this add-in is used, it
  • Can send data over the Internet
  • This add-in can access and modify personal information in the active message, such as the body, subject, sender, recipients, and attachment information. It may send this data to a third-party service. Other items in your mailbox can’t be read or modified.
This add-in can launch itself when:
  • The user composes a new mail.
  • The user creates a new event.
