DYCE Prepaid Services enables you to establish a different type of contract in addition to standard support and maintenance contracts. You can sell services in advance which may be consumed until the credit is used up or has expired.

Purpose and benefits of DYCE Prepaid Services

Customers can buy services in advance. Those transactions are handled as prepayments and will be added up and collected so that they can be consumed in the future. A Prepaid Service describes the content of this agreement with a customer and is set up easily. The app offers therefore a highly flexible solution for handling budgets where it is not yet clear what they will be used for later.

Works seamlessly with other DYCE apps

DYCE Prepaid Services complements the functionality of DYCE Job Billing by allowing services provided to be billed against a Prepaid Service. In doing so, the app also works with DYCE Recurring Prepaid Services and DYCE Subscription & Recurring Billing, as Prepaid Services can be purchased not only on a one-time basis, but also on a recurring basis (via Customer Contracts).
