Workspaces:

Workspaces allow you to collate, organise and manage your work from one place. They are dedicated areas within Microsoft Teams for you to group Kanban Boards into related categories. You can maintain a Workspace for personal activities to stay organised and on-top of your work, or share with colleagues and collaborate on shared work tasks and projects. Add up to three Workspaces within your free version.

The enhanced Kanban Board functionality is the power behind your productivity.

Cards: Kanban Boards hold cards, which act as each individual task. Each card can hold additional information such as statuses, due dates, custom tags, and documents, which allows you to access everything about that task from one place. Cards can be filtered to find specific data quickly. Move them across lists to quickly see the work in its correct stage. A total of 250 cards may be used across all Kanban Boards set up within the free version.

Lists: At their basic level, cards (tasks) sit in one of three lists: “To Do”, “In Progress” or “Complete”. This setup shows the user exactly what they are working on and what is coming up. However, lists can be re-named and cards re-purposed into performing in any way that works for the individual user.

Kanban Board: The Kanban Board as a whole holds your lists and cards in a visual way to show your tasks as a group, and allow you to drag cards between lists to see them progressing through to completion as you do the work. Shape your boards in the format that best suits you to boost your productivity by adding background colours, re-designing list headings, and sharing with others to work on projects together.
