Dynamics 365 Field Service for Viva Connections - Preview

Dynamics 365 Field Service for Viva Connections (Preview) helps organizations deliver successful onsite service to customer locations. The application uses workflow automation within Microsoft Teams to help frontline workers fix it right the first time. Create work orders quickly and easily within Teams, get help from remote experts, and keep customers updated with the status of their service call all in one place. Viva Connection Cards work only with our corresponding Teams Tab (and vice versa).

A Dynamics 365 Field Service license, Microsoft Teams license, and Viva Connections license are required to use Dynamics 365 Field Service for Viva Connections (Preview). Dynamics 365 Field Service (Preview) is available exclusively in the United Kingdom and the United States. A Microsoft 365 Global Administrator is required to install and set up Dynamics 365 Field Service for Viva Connections (Preview) including selecting an environment in the corresponding Teams Tab before approving API Permissions for Dynamics 365 Field Service for Viva Connections (Preview). Dynamics 365 Field Service for Viva Connections (Preview) allows administrators and users to access content and share data outside of Microsoft 365 once consent is given to link their Microsoft work or school account with their Dynamics 365 account.
