Tailo converts all your customer conversations into actions and insights. We analyse your calls, mails, chats, whatsapp and other conversations and extract actions and insights. We do this for a few applications:
Assistant Coach: An average full time employee easily does around 800 calls a month, once a month his/her coach measures and judges the performance of the employee. He/she listens to 3 or 4 calls, as there are 20 more other employees under his/her supervision, and bases his/her judgement on this. This leads to two untackled problems: 1) 99% of the information is missed, 2) which calls to listen back to?
Tailo is the Assistant Coach, we extract all information and make suggestions to which call you should listen because they are examples of good conversations or because we see clues for improvement
Analytics: employees can use codes to indicate which subject it was about, however it is estimated that on average not even 70% of the used codes are correctly assigned. Often the top one or the ‘other’ category is chosen, let alone what to do with conversations with multiple subjects. You can only optimize, what you can analyze. We are the Google Analytics of your customer contact center.
