Digital energy supply requests of all types

Managing energy supply enquiries is one of the main activities of municipal utilities and distribution system operators. Unfortunately, it currently involves many manual steps and communication with customers is often done by post, which takes a considerable amount of time for both the municipal utilities and distribution system operators and the end customer.

To receive and manage enquiries in a structured and digital way, E.ON One offers a digital solution for any type of energy supply enquiry: OnePortal.


How It works

  1. Municipal utilities and distribution network operators integrate the link to their OnePortal instance into their homepage. The instance is personalised with the branding of the municipal utility or network operator.
  2. Connection users and authorised persons visit the homepage of the municipal utility or network operator and find a link to OnePortal.
  3. Connection users submit their requests online with all the necessary data and documents via OnePortal. For instance, in the area of electricity they can apply for different types of connections, including wallboxes, PV systems, balcony power plants, new grid connections, changes and disconnections of grid connections and other installations, such as heat pumps and electrical construction.
  4. Municipal utilities and distribution network operators receive all applications with the submitted data to an e-mail address designated by them.


Modules

OnePortal has a modular design. Each module can be purchased separately.

  • Electricity: Application for grid connections and changes. Connection of customer systems (PV system, heat pump, etc.)
  • Commissioning requests: For installers (main power supply system, customer system), and change notifications.
  • Natural gas: Network connection applications and modifications.
