Monitor and manage users access to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

User Access Audit for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central improves users access management.
Our app tracks users last login to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The User Access Worksheet allows you to monitor the following information for each user:
  • Access Status (Never logged, Active, Expiring, Inactive).
  • Last date and time login.
  • Inactivity period (days since last login).
  • Action: depending on the setup, the app suggests an action to perform for the user (Send expiring notification, Send inactivity notification, Execute user disabling with notification).
Each executed action suggested by the worksheet is logged in a specific table available for audit activities.
