Copilot Proof of Value (POV) | 6-8 Weeks

C5 Insight

Uncover how Copilot can drive business results by empowering teams with its capabilities to achieve more in less time.

While a Proof of Concept confirms if a solution will work in your organization, C5 Insight's Proof of Value goes further, proving that Microsoft Copilot is worth the investment. Our Copilot POV is designed to deliver immediate impact and measurable results, allowing you to envision the possibilities and tangible value of Copilot across Microsoft applications.

Whether you have underutilized Microsoft Copilot licenses or you're just starting to evaluate AI as a solution, C5 Insight's Copilot POV will help you realize its potential. We highly encourage executives and business leaders to participate.

Copilot Use Case Examples for POV
The POV is completely customized to your organization and the Copilot you're interested in implementing. For example, if participants are all sellers, we'll train them on Copilot for Sales use cases.

  • Meetings: Notetaking, in-meeting recap when late, rewatch and summarize missed meetings, etc.
  • Emailing: Contextual email replies, email drafting and coaching, adding records directly to Dynamics 365 from Outlook, summarizing email history, etc.
  • Working in CRM: Record/case summaries, gather pipeline analytics, share Dynamics 365 record cards in Outlook or Microsoft Teams, one-click Dynamics 365 task creation from meeting recap, etc.
  • Developing Content: Draft a proposal in Microsoft Word, build an on-brand pitch deck in PowerPoint, generate unique images, and reference internal files - such as those found in SharePoint and OneNote - while creating content in Microsoft 365 apps, etc.
