The Viva Insights Quick Start engagement is designed specifically for organisations who want to improve employee experience through powerful insights. Together, we’ll unpack the current state of your organisation and lay the foundations for what the future looks like.

1. Analyse your current state

• Using out-of-the-box dashboards (such as the ways of working assessment, business continuity, return to worksites etc.) to understand how your employees are collaborating today, identify who is at-risk of burnout and the opportunities for improved work practices.

2. Contextualise the data through interviews

• Once themes in the data have been identified, we’ll facilitate 1:1 interviews and focus groups to help define ‘what good looks like’ in your organisation.

3. Develop a Viva Insights strategy for your business

• Highlighting the key activities and considerations for launching Microsoft Viva across your organisation. This includes change management considerations, key stakeholder mapping, communications plan and launch plan.
