The Prospect CRM Add-in for Word makes it super-easy to create template documents and template quotations. The Add-in provides a Word sidebar offering easy access to all available CRM merge fields. Just click on any merge field to quickly and easily insert it into your template document. Names, addresses, references, usernames, job titles, quotation values, quotation tables and lots more fields are all easily embedded into your document.

When a user then wants to send a document to a customer, they simply create a new document in the CRM, choose the template, and the merge fields are automatically populated with information about that customer, opportunity, problem or quotation... saving the user time as well as reducing copy/paste or typo errors.


You'll need Prospect CRM subscription and have valid user login details to use this Add-in.
