Gather main stakeholders to identify your customer’s top scenarios to improve engagement and effectiveness across your organization. Experience Microsoft Viva Insights in the flow of daily work with real data and real people to help address targeted challenges most important to your organization. Build a network of Microsoft Viva champions while identifying potential blockers and challenges that need to be overcome. CloudAssist will provide you with a trial license and facilitate setup and onboarding of Microsoft Viva Insights and deliver reports. During the Grow phase, we will review pilot learnings and document next steps to fully adopt Microsoft Viva Insights.
