Use your existing phone numbers with Direct Routing in Teams Phone System for a complete calling experience, including dial tone.

Direct Routing allows you to connect your telecom voice trunks directly to Microsoft 365 so users can make and receive calls. You can work with your telecommunications provider to connect your voice trunks via a certified Session Border Controller (SBC) to Microsoft 365 and Phone System. Direct Routing is primarily designed for organizations set on using Teams as a PBX.

Process: The Alpha Data team is experienced in multiple implementation approaches. We will work with you to identify the best fit for your company, recognizing the fact that you may be used to a particular approach, or have invested in certain tools. Beginning with requirement gathering and analysis, we will identify the right approach, and settle any prerequisites that may hinder the implementation. Price Considerations: Alpha Data works primarily with the Ribbon SBC 1000 - reflected in the pricing. But based on your requirements we can recommend or implement an alternate solution for maximum compatibility. The installation assumes an existing Microsoft 365 license but, depending on the requirement, Alpha Data is well equipped to provide the same as a separate implementation.
