Agenda

• Current state assessment of strategic, decision, and information goals towards performance measurement systems and key processes in the organization
• Assessing the degree of use of Goal Oriented Information Systems such as Power BI for visualization and decision making
• Gap Analysis, technical and data sources assessment, economic assessment of possible recommendations, and introduction of implementation plan

This plan includes 40 hours, 5 hours per day.

Deliverables

• Executive report and presentation with assessment findings
• Mappings of as-is business processes, dependence models, and strategic rational models
• Highlights for implementation, measurement system requirements, and identification of key KPI's. Proposed implementation schedule included
• Software, hardware, and data sources requirements for implementation (in case to continue with project)
