Initial setup of Power BI with required configurations
Customization of Navision services on a staging instance for enabling Power BI to consume data on a real-time basis

Dashboards/Reports created will have the following:

Profit & Loss statements dashboard with Month-on-Month, Year-to-Date, Month-to-date, Year-on-Year comparisons with interactive drill-downs to help you understand your revenue flow
Balance Sheets for your company-level data to understand the Assets and Liabilities on a real-time basis
Cash Flow Statement to analyze operating, investing, and financial activities
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable aging profiles to understand pending payments/incomes on generated invoices
Analysis reports for Current Assets and Current Liabilities
Unadjusted Trial Balance Analysis with interactive breakdowns
Provide an instruction manual on the usage of Power BI dashboards and provide support to the client as they take the lead in performing UAT
Go-Live Readiness and support for migration of reports from staging to the production instance
