Catalyst Engagement Public Sector 1 Day Assesment

The Catalyst program is a Microsoft program designed to help companies build, plan and execute business transformation strategies. It uses a 3 stage process – Envisioning, Business Value Assessment and Solution Assessment using the Microsoft Cloud, Power Platform and Dynamics 365. ANS align, and are a trusted partner of, the Microsoft Catalyst framework programme. The Microsoft Catalyst framework draws influence from the ideology of ‘IDEA’, that is Inspire, Design, Empower, and Achieve. Specifically, the Catalyst programme enables clients to execute the first two stages - Inspire through the Envisaging workshop, Design through the Business Value Assessment, and further through the Solution Assessment.
