Intelligent Data Unification Pilot for Fabric

The Intelligent Data Unification Pilot is a 6-week engagement designed to help organizations rapidly establish a secure, governed analytics foundation using Microsoft Fabric. By unifying priority data sources into a curated semantic model, the pilot delivers executive-level insights via Power BI while embedding best practices for governance, observability, and DevOps. Powered by Argano’s Fabric Accelerator, the solution ensures fast time-to-value and scalability. The pilot also integrates Argano’s proprietary Decision Quotient (DQ) Framework, which assesses and improves decision-making maturity across five dimensions—foundational readiness, insight velocity, predictive capability, execution, and governance—ensuring that analytics not only inform but empower strategic decisions.

High-Level Agenda

• Weeks 1-2 Initiate and Analyze: Project kickoff, stakeholder alignment, readiness validation, discovery workshops, solution blueprinting, technical design, confirm security/governance requirements and DQ score analysis
• Weeks 3-4 Design and Build: Data ingestion, build medallion lakehouse layers (bronze/silver/gold), initiate model development, develop and refine curated semantic model, implement Power BI dashboards and enable observability mechanisms
• Weeks 5-6 Deploy and Optimize: User training, demo sessions, feedback collection, operational readiness review, final deployment, executive readout, solution handover, roadmap presentation and post-go-live support transition
