With this service we provide and end to end project implementation with a full Microsoft's certified team. Following and agile methodologies, we are going to analyze and design the solution, implement all business requirements, and train and deploy on Production environments.


We estimate between 2 to 6 weeks of analysis, 4 to 8 weeks of development and 1-2 weeks of deployment and training. Complexity of the estimation, is based on total number of users, number of business processes, automations and integrations.


The main goal of the implementation of the Sales solution is to improve sales, faster, and agility to report new leads, and help Sales represetatives to focus on most important tasks. The main features to be implemented during the project are:

  • Lead Management and qualification, defining a custom process where sales people can track all new leads, and contact them.
  • Opportunity management: Opportunity management if the "hearth" of every sales team. With the Opportunity management, sales agents can report thei sales activities, forecast, and quotation to the customers.
  • Sales forecasting module, where sales manager can track in real time how the pipeline is moving, and compare to the goals based on different indicators.
  • Automated notifications to sales people to notify them on important dates
  • Track competitors, and analyze results, to improve commercial offering
  • Integrate with LinkedIn Sales navigator, to prepare better social selling strategies
