Business Central Standard: 2-Wk Implementation

Deliverables

• Streamlined Discovery Session
• Activate and provision Dynamics 365 Business Central environment (D365)
• License, configure, and assign security rights (first 10 users) for D365 users
• Configure one workstation with the Exchange Online integration in D365 using Microsoft Dynamics App for Outlook loaded by customer, if applicable
• Initial Configuration of Power BI with initial Dashboard
• Create Production Company database and minimal configuration of Dynamics 365 Business Central (client will be required to perform most configuration settings)
• Create and review a System Setup Checklist for the client to follow
• Walk through the setup of relevant modules, if applicable
• Introductory training on data import process, system navigation, general processing
• Go-Live review and have a brief next step conversation

Assumptions

• Exchange Online or Exchange Server required for Outlook integration
• BCS must be the digital partner of record and the Cloud Solution Provider with Microsoft for licensing
• Customer will perform all master record data imports (Customers, Vendors, etc.)
• Customer will perform most configuration settings (e.g. Chart of Accounts, Tax Schedules, Payment Terms, Dimensions, Attributes, etc.)
• All custom functionality and reports are not included and quoted separately
• 1 company included, excludes intercompany, consolidated financials and multicurrency
• Service Management and Manufacturing excluded from this package
• This offer does not include system analysis, fit/gap process, system modifications or integrations but are available if requested for additional fees.
• Dynamics 365 Business Central licensing required
• Excludes Cost Accounting and Cash Flow Forecasting modules
