CS Sustainability Engagement App: 1-Wk Implementation

40% of employees would consider quitting their job if their employer doesn't act sustainably. But How can companies demonstrate their commitment to sustainability in a credible way? Only through continuous effort and actively involving employees on the journey of their transformation. Motivation of Employees to engage in sustainability initiatives is often high, but knowledge levels and habits vary greatly. Therefore, various methods and tools are needed to integrate sustainability into everyday corporate life. One great method for achieving this is Gamification. Gamification uses elements of games like competition and rewards to motivate employees to change their habits in the long term.

We offer a half-day workshop in which you learn how to apply Gamification in order to reduce your employees' ecological footprint and educate them about sustainability. Additionally, you will introduce you to how to set-up, roll-out and administrate our Sustainability Engagement App. Using our app, you can engage your colleagues in a fun way, foster interest and knowledge of how sustainability is relevant for your company and, furthermore, drive and monitor the reduction of scope 2 and 3 emissions

 Utilizing the benefits of Gamificaton, we have build a native Teams App that enables organizations and departments to engage their employees in sustainable activities, educate and help them change their habits in a positive way. Our Sustainability Engagement App can help to reduce you organization's Scope 2 and 3 emissions and therefore cut costs, e.g. for energy and heating.

The Sustainability Engagement App's core feature are time-bound sustainability challenges, that employees can participate in at choice. By participating, they reduce their CO2 footprint, reflect on their daily habits and learn about sustainability. Through statistics and a scoring board users receive feedback on their success and get challenged to compete with their colleagues.
