This strategy will outline the vision, objectives, and key initiatives required to integrate AI into the business processes successfully. We will provide guidance on technology selection, data requirements, skills, infrastructure needs, and the optimal use of Copilot solutions.

During this 3-day workshop, our team will work in close collaboration with you to provide advice on your data & AI strategy, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition into AI-enhanced operations.
Day 1: You will introduce yourself, your company, your data, your reports, your analytics models, your ambitions, etc. After understanding your business constraints and aspirations with respect to data & AI, we will assess your data & AI maturity. Together we will define the steps required to build a successful data & AI strategy. These steps will cover 4 major domains:
Day 2: We will focus on which different Copilots (either for Microsoft 365, Copilot for Sales, Copilot for Finance, Copilot for Services, Copilot for GitHub, Copilot for Fabric, Copilot for Azure) and custom-built AI solutions can support your AI roadmap created on Day 1. We will showcase how each solution can bring value to support your AI roadmap.
After assessing all information from the first and second days, we will formalize the current as-is situation and design a roadmap that will allow you to level up in your AI+Copilot journey. What steps need to be undertaken to advance to the next level in data maturity? What potential benefits can AI and Copilot bring to your organization? How to organize the next steps, etc.? On Day 3 of the workshop, this roadmap will be discussed in detail, feedback collected, and a final report drafted.
